This was my first attempt at using Final Cut Pro X. I found that this software was very confusing to start off with, as I had no experience. This image may look confusing but the bar with the blue background is the video footage as well as audio. The green bar below it is the audio you have chosen to use.
This is where you can select an image frame by frame to get a more in-depth preview of what you are looking for. I had to use this to match up the input audio to the footage chosen. This was to get the footage in sync with the song.
This is where you can cut a piece of the footage using SHIFT-B which means Blade. This tool can be used to cut a certain part of the footage when there is excess footage which isn't needed. I had to cut quite a bit of footage off due to there being too much and it caused the audio to not be in sync with the footage.
This a range of the features included within Final Cut Pro X. I used some of the transition effects as it made the video seem a bit more professional than a jump cut.
You need to add comments to each image and also add at the bottom what you learnt from this experience.
